Instructions
1. Click "Start", the arrow to the right of the "Off" button and click "Restart" to restart the computer. Press and hold the "F8" key during startup to boot into safe mode. Use the arrow keys to select "Safe Mode with Networking" and press "Enter."2. Click "Start" and "My Computer." Click "Disk Local (C :) "in the hard drive section. Double-click the "Program Files" folder, double-click the "K9" folder and delete the folder contents. Hold down the "Shift" key and click the first file to select all files in directory at once. Click the right mouse button on any file and select "Delete." Click the "X" in the upper right corner of the window to close the "My Computer".
3. Click "Start", type "msconfig" in the search box and press "Enter." Click the "Services" tab and then the "Startup" tab. Uncheck anything related to K9 in the list.
4. Click "Start", the arrow to the right of the shutdown, and then click "Restart" to restart the computer normally.
