How to Check Hotmail Blacklist - In Hotmail is easy to add to the blacklist addresses and email domains. To block senders, you must login to your Hotmail account and follow a series of links. The process is relatively easy and requires only basic computer skills and email. Once you have added the addresses and email domains to the list, you can revise it when necessary as well as add and remove senders you want. Although the list is not called "black list", it works as such: all sender you add to the list will be blocked and will not send email until you take it off the list.

Instructions

1. Sign into your email account to Hotmail with your Windows Live ID and password.

2. Click on the "Options" link, which is located in the upper right corner of the page of your email.

3. Follow the link "More Options" located at the end of the dropdown menu. Click the link with the mouse cursor. A new page will load.

4. Scroll down until you reach the title "Junk".

5. Click on the link "Safe and blocked senders" a new page under that title appears.

6. Click on the "Blocked Senders" link. This link works as a blacklist for spam. Use it to manage who can not send emails. Because messages blocked senders are automatically deleted, you must remove the blocked senders list to return to receive messages from them.

7. Check the Blocked Senders list in the box to the right of the screen. Removes blocked addresses from the list by clicking on them and then click the "Remove from list" button. Enter address new block you want by typing in the box "Blocked Addresses or Domains" and clicking the button "Add to list".

8. Move the cursor over the arrow pointing down on the bottom right corner of the box.
