Instructions
1. Visit the site to access Yahoo.com home page. Click " Create an account "in the upper right corner of the page to register a free account.2. Write your full name in the "Name" field and select the genre. Enter your birth date, select the country from the dropdown menu and enter the zip code in the box.
3. Browse through the fields underneath the heading "Select your ID and password." Enter Yahoo ID in the first box. This is a unique name given to your account and appears before the "@" in your account. You can also use the dropdown menu to change the mail account from "@ yahoo.com" to "@ ymail.com" or "@ rocketmail.com". All users of Yahoo! automatically receive an e-mail.
4. Click "Check" to see if the username and email are available. Many user names are already in use and that Yahoo! is a service widely used. Consider adding underscore or numbers if the name you chose first is already in use.
5. Go to the section below on "If you forget your ID or password". If you want, select an alternative email address. Yahoo! can use it to recover your account if you forget your user name or password.
6. Select two security questions from the drop down menu and type a response to each. You can also create your own questions. Yahoo! uses them to prove you're the real owner of an account in case you forget to enter the details. The answers you give do not distinguish between upper and lower case, but make sure that no one else can know the answers.
7. Enter the visual code that is in the box under the registration page exactly as it appears. You can also click on "Code audio" to hear or "Try another code" if you can not read it. This security measure can be annoying, but prevents that send spam using automated bots to create mass accounts.
8. Click on "Create my account" to complete the registration . You will now have access to Yahoo! mail and many other services . Click "Continue" to return to the homepage.
