Instructions


1. Navigate your Internet browser to the Hotmail login page (see "Resources").

2. Click the "Forgot Password?" And select "Forgot Password".

3. Click on the "Reset password" link under "Forgot Password".

4. Enter your ID Windows Live and enter the verification code. Click "Next." Windows Live sends a link to the address entered alternate email when the account was created.

5. Click on the link provided in the email and follow the instructions to reset your password link.

6. Contact Support Live. If you can not reset your password after several attempts, contact the Live Support through the online help page.
