Instructions
1. Press the "R" and "Windows" simultaneously, and then release them keys. Window "Run command" opens.2. Type "ping-t site" without the quotes in the text box, but replace "site" with the URL of the website you want to find the IP address. This will ping the site from which you entered the command to stop. Ping is a command that checks whether a site is accessible and how long it takes to receive packets sent back from the site. Press the "Enter" button.
3. Displays the IP address that is given to you for the site. This appears after the text "Reply from" in the command prompt window that opened.
4. Press "Ctrl" and "C" key to stop the command. The command prompt window closes.
5. Use a site like WhatIsMyIPAddress, or IP-Details IPDetails to find some information on the site, as well as their approximate location and provider services .
